I can't imagine a more beautiful setting for our wedding. I was nervous things would be too rustic, but Otyokwa actually has great facilities and everyone loved it. The cabins are cozy and well appointed, and the Rec Hall made for a perfect setting for our dinner and dancing. You also couldn't ask for a better venue coordinator than Rheanna - she gets 10 stars! If you're looking for an intimate wedding (or family reunion, etc) site where you and your close friends and family can really enjoy time together in the beauty of nature, Otyokwa is the perfect setting.

Our daughter was married at this incredible place. Everything from the grounds, to cabins, farmhouse, lake, and even boat rides were fantastic. We will have years of precious memories to come. Since it's a place to house many people, we can bring the entire clan including in-laws to vacation here in this magnificent area. The best part about our stay at this hidden gem is Rheanna, the caretaker and boat captain who is so kind and gracious meeting every need! We can't wait to come back - it was a dream come true to have the best wedding ceremony and reception ever! This will definitely be a generational gathering place for our families!

I cannot say enough good things about the sanctuary that is Otyokwa. I have coordinated two yoga retreats now at and have left each experience feeling SO much gratitude for Rheanna and the staff at Otyokwa. My group of 20-30 have raved about Otyokwa, and it is consistently a fan favorite. The stillness of the lake in the mornings, the adventures it opens up with some swimming and paddle boarding (even seeing eagles fly overhead!), and close access to great hikes nearby helps folks really disconnect from the stressors and stimulation of their day to day lives and feel safe and held in the softness of nature.
